Who is Arise Virtual Solutions?

Arise is recognized as a virtual customer management pioneer, who has been delivering services in the cloud through network of tens of thousands of independent, virtual customer service, sales and technical support providers in the United States, Canada, and Europe.  

What does the work involve?

This is not telemarketing, there is NO cold calling involved.  You will handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's telephone system to your telephone at your home.  You will have the option to work in billing, sales, or the tech department. 


You have the choice of picking the client(s) you would like to service.  You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer.  You will need a plain old telephone (POT) line (no voicemail, call waiting, or caller ID) and high-speed internet.  You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call.  Simple as that........

Can I do this full time?

Yes, you can do this full time.  You have the ability to earn anywhere from $9 to $16. per hour depending on the client you choose to service.  You will also be paid on performance and may have the opportunity to receive incentives based on your performance.  Once your background check is completed you will instructions on how to select a client, complete the system requirement check (technical check), voice assessment, program pre-assessment.  Once you are qualified, you will enroll in their online training class.

I previously set up an account but now I cant log in to the Arise Portal at portal.arise.com

If you have logged onto the portal in a while, your account may have gone inactive or you may have forgotten your username.  In either case, please email registration@registration.arise.com to have your account reset or reactivated.  Be sure to include your name email, address, and telephone number on your profile.  You also may have to retake a background check if its been over one year since you've completed it.  In this case, ask to have the background check link reset.

Why is a background check required and what are the deciding factors to continue with the process?

Both Arise and DDS Management clients have high standards.  Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provides customer support services for each client and hs access to confidential information; therefore, a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSPs identity is confirmed and free from criminal history.  Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.

Will I be your employer?

Our team members, or CSPs are independent contractors of DD&S Management LLC.  You will receive 1099 for your prior year's compensation.  You must pay all your own taxes.  There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor.  Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.

How many hours can I work and how much money can I make?

You can work as many hours as you want.  All of the clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 15 or 20 per week.  You must work that to continue servicing that client.  There are clients that have a weekly cap of 100 hours, so if you're making an average of $15.00 an hour x 100 hours you would earn $1,500 in a week.  On the other hand, if you work 15 hours an earn $15.00 an hour, you would earn $225 per week.  It is totally up to you.

How long will it take before I can start earning money?

You will need to complete the admissions process, which can take as little as one day or as long as a week depending on how quickly you move though the steps.  Once you pick your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money.  The length of the training course varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.

Can I have another job while I provide service for Arise Solutions/DD&S Management clients?

Yes, you can.  You may wish to do this part-time or full-time.  You can have another full-time or part-time job to supplement this.  Remember, you make your own schedule.

How often will I be paid?

You will be paid on the 15th and last day working day of each month via direct deposit.

Do I need to have long distance service on my home office telephone?

Some clients may require long distance service and most calls will come to you via Arise Solutions' software.  Your telephone wil lbe  plugged into the wall; however, your virtual telephone will be on your computer.  ONce you log in, the software will call your home office telephone and you will be receivingn inbound calls wihile connected.

What industries and clients will I service?

Our contracted clients are Fortune 500 companies which include e-Commerce, Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, and Automotive.

Who is going to teach me how to service a client?

Once you complete the basic admissions and qualification process, you will enroll in the client's online training class provided on the Arise Solutions platform.  successfully complete

Do I get paid for training?

You will start to earn revenue in training class when you begin taking live practice calls.  This is typically the second week of training.  Once you have successfully completed training, you will then be able to select your own schedule.

Do I have to be a US citizen and live in the United States?

Yes, you must be a US citizen and live in the United States.  We do NOT hire Customer/Client Support Professional who live in NY, MD, CA, WI, OR, MA, and CT.  You must speak English; however, it is preferably if you speak multiple languages as long as English is your primary language.

What if I want to start my own virtual call center and staffing agency?

You have the option of working for DD&S Management or starting your own home-based call center and staffing agency.,  The process is the same except, if you are an Independent Business Owner you can hire people to work for your company,  You can select that path now or chose that option later if you are not ready to manage a business.

Is there any equipment that I must have prior to the start of training and servicing the client?

Yes, you MUST have the following:

1. Laptop or desktop computer is required.

2. 17" monitor or larger is recommended.

3. All computers must be hardwired using an Ethernet cord.  All computers MUST meet Arise's standard system requirements. Computers without an Ethernet port and all-in-one computers are not compatible with some clients. 

4. A headset with a mic and USB is required for the online certification course.  

5.  You must have a one-way landline telephone with no fax, caller ID, or voicemail.

Is there a cost associated with becoming an Independent Contractor?

Before you can begin servicing a client program, you must take and successfully complete a client certification course.  Certification is an investment opportunity.  Like any professional position, the certification prepares you to be a true professional.  You will gain keen knowledge related to the client, call types, customers, and how to be successful.

The charges for these courses range between $19.99 and $250.  This is required by the clients in order to be able to service their account.  The course provides information on he client's systems that will be used by agents during servicing, as well as the performance metrics laid out in the operative Statement of Work and other information about the client program.
