DD&S Management LLC is a regular call center registered on a virtual platform to allow individual virtual agents to work from home for fortune 500 companies.   Independent agents, are referred to as Client Support Professionals can work full-time or part-time from their home office.

Client Support Professional must be at least 18 years old and a United States Citizen.  We do NOT hire Client Support Professional who reside in NY, MD, CA, WI, OR, MA, and CT or outside the United States. 

What is a Virtual Call Center?

A virtual call center involves representatives who answer and monitor calls from their home office instead of being in the same geographical location as each other, or as the business.

What Type of Services Can I Provide From Home?

Our contracted home agents provide support via phone, chat, and email from their home office. There are also technical support opportunities available for those who are tech-savvy.   We offer advancement opportunities and provide our agents with continuous mentorship and support as you progress in your home office career.

What is Fortune 500 Company?

The Fortune 500 is an annual list compiled and published by Fortune magazine that ranks 500 of the largest United States corporations by total revenue for their respective fiscal years. The list includes publicly held companies, along with privately held companies for which revenues are publicly available.

Do I Meet the Requirements?

Agents must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. You must not reside in the following states:  NY, MD, MA, WI, OR, CA, or CT.

How Can I Register With Your Virtual Call Center?

Start now:

  1. Watch the video tutorial above or go to https://partnersetup.arise.com and create a profile. (When asked ‘Did you learn about the Arise Platform from a call center or one of their agents, enter ‘Yes. Enter referring agent ID (CSPID) 1954433

  2. When asked “how did you hear about the Arise Platform?” (Select other and enter DD&S Management LLC)

  3. Complete your profile

  4. Sign the NDA

  5. Select Contractor Type “Agent Working for a Call Center”

  6. Enter Company ID 99995

  7. Click on the “magnifying glass” icon. DD&S Management LLC will populate in the Name of  Corporation field. 

  8. Click next

  9. Send an email to info@ddsmanagement.org (reply: My registration is complete)

  10. Wait for instructions from one of our team members

 

Important*** (Please carefully read before creating a profile)
When creating a profile with Arise, if you see an error message that says, “This social security number already exists,” this means you already have an active profile. Do NOT create a second account. Please log in to the Arise Portal at portal.arise.com. If you cannot log in because you don’t remember your credentials, send an email to the admissions department at registration@registration.arise.com to have your account reset. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and address you have on file.  Once you have access to your account and need assistance, please call us at (786) 633-9924.

What Happens After I Complete the Registration Process?

Once you’ve completed the registration process there is a quick online qualification process that includes a voice assessment, technical check, and language assessment.  Once you’ve successfully completed the steps you will be eligible to enroll in the certification training course to get you prepared for your first call.  Below is an example of the clients that you can choose to provide service for.

How do I Join Your Call Center if I'm Already Registered With Arise?

Please login to the Arise Portal at portal.arise.com If you cannot log in, send an email to the admissions department at registration@registration.arise.com to have your account reset. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and address you have on file.)   Once you have access send us an email @ info@ddsmanagement.org and tell us which scenario below applies to you:

1. I am currently registered with a Call Center on the Arise Platform (The IBO’s name will appear at the top of the dashboard) The agent must submit a release request to their existing IBO. You can find the IBO Info by clicking profile>information. Follow step three once you are back on the registration page.

2. When I login my name appears at the top of my dashboard (You selected Sole Proprietor) Follow the instructions below. Then follow step three.

3. When I log in it says join call-center.  Click Start Now (Enter company IBO ID 1954433) to submit a request.

Sole Proprietor Chat Support
Click the chat bubble on the bottom right of your dashboard for assistance with enrollment. This department is open from 8 am- 6 pm EST. To access a live agent you will need to type in the phrase “I need help finalizing my registration” You will be offered the option to transfer to a live registration or enrollment specialist select “yes” to either one. Inform them that you are a Sole Proprietor and you would like to join a call center on the platform. Follow their instructions and follow step three once you are back on the registration page to I can assist you further.

What if I am Already Registered With Your Call Center?

If you’ve already registered with our call center, click here to enroll in a client opportunity. Visit the CSP Portal For Client Wages.

How do I Switch to Your IBO?

We would love to have you join our IBO but first, you must contact your current IBO and request to be released from their company. Once you've been released enter call center IB ID 1954433. To access your IBO's information log in to your Arise portal dashboard then select profile > Information in the upper right corner.
